Calcium is good to consume AS LONG AS YOUR VITAMIN D CAN SUPPORT IT!! Too much Calcium with out enough Vitamin D is not healthy for you. Make sure you have enough Vitamin D3 to strengthen bones (as well as many other health benefits) before you add Calcium.
