Enzymes

by admin_amy | Published July 15, 2015

Enzymes break down our food so that we can get the nutrients we need from our food to live a healthy life. Without enzymes, we can’t get the nutrients we need. The normal process of aging will decrease our enzyme production and make aging accelerate, so lack of enzymes is a vicious cycle. Some symptoms of low enzymes, aside from aging quickly, are gas and bloating after meals, feeling like undigested food is sitting in your stomach (“a rock”), feeling full after just a few bites of food, undigested food in your stool, and consistent floating stools or seeing oil in your stool (which is undigested fat). Lack of enzymes means lack of nutrients. Nutrients filter cancer cells out of our body. A lot of studies prove enzymes destroy cancer cells.
